It is extremely humbling to be a council member serving such great Parishioners, and I pray often that the Lord keeps my heart and ears open to his will, and that He provides me with the talent and wisdom to carry out His desires. My education and background is in Engineering and Management and I’m employed with a firm in Mentor. However, without exception, the greatest job I have is Eucharistic Minister. In addition to serving at Church, I have the privilege of bringing our Lord to a retirement community, and patients at University Hospital. I have also previously served on the Diocesan Pastoral Council and Endowment Committee.

Immaculate Conception has been a part of my life for over 20 years. My wife and I raised three kids, all of whom attended I/C’s school and are now doing very well, so you know that I am a big fan of Catholic education!

Experiences I draw upon during Council come from the lessons and trials our Lord put me through; including the loss of my dear wife to cancer. It seems our Lord continually softens my heart and tries to make me more compassionate and caring, and I cannot help but believe, that as a Parrish, he wants us to do the same.
